Canning Pinto Beans by Dawn Norton

One cup plus 2 Tbsp dry, cleaned beans in quart jar.  Add 1 tsp salt. Fill with water.  Process for 90 minutes.

1/2 everything for 75 minutes for pints.

*You can also put in dry onion, galic, a teeny bit of sugar, etc.
