Caramel Corn by Sandee Traasdahl

Cook to softball stage:
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c karo syrup

Then add:
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

Then pour over:
3 bags of light butter popped popcorn

Mix well and spread out to cool
